Originally from Berlin, I've called Galway home since 2007. I believe yoga helps us build strength, move with ease, and deepen our connection with ourselves, so we can meet the world around us with greater presence, compassion, and an open heart.
"Caroline is very kind and pays attention to each participant's needs and challenges they may face, offering alternative options for each pose. She makes you feel at ease no matter what's going on for you. I would highly recommend going to Caroline's classes!"

"Best yoga class I’ve been to in years - Caroline has a great variety and makes sure all abilities are catered for, with alternative poses. She’s a lovely teacher and I always leave the class feeling great. Would definitely recommend"

"Hi Caroline, just wanted to let you know that the retreat today was spectacular! Thank you so much. Everything was so enjoyable: the yoga flows, the food, the sound bath and the ambiance. It was absolutely fantastic! We all loved it. Thank you so much! 🙏"

For me, teaching yoga is an act of love and a way of serving others. It brings together two things that have always been at the heart of who I am: supporting people and expressing my creativity.
I love designing thoughtful, themed classes that explore both the physical and philosophical aspects of the practice, creating experiences that are meaningful, inspiring, and accessible.
My intention is to help you feel stronger, move with greater ease, and develop a deeper connection with yourself, so you can move through the world with presence, compassion, and an open heart.
I am still on my own yoga journey, and I always will be. It is a privilege to share this path with you, supporting and inspiring one another towards a life that feels a little lighter, more joyful, and more connected.

Yoga & Reins
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free street parking outside the club.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking is recommended to secure your spot as class sizes are limited.
What do I have to bring?
a yoga mat, if you have one (I do have a few spare mats)
A bottle of water
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers are always a good idea.
What if I can’t do all the poses?
That's completely okay. Yoga is a personal practice, not a performance. You'll be encouraged to move at your own pace. I’ll offer plenty of variations and you can choose what feels right for you on the day.
Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. In fact, starting with less flexibility can be a real advantage. It encourages you to listen to your body, notice subtle changes, and celebrate your progress. Yoga isn't about how deep you go into a pose; it's about the relationship you build with yourself along the way.
Can I join if I have an injury or health condition?
Please let me know before class if you have any injuries, are pregnant, or have any health concerns. I'll offer suitable options where possible, but always listen to your body and consult your healthcare provider if needed.
How often should I practice?
That's entirely up to you. Whether you come once a week or several times, every practice is valuable. I'm here whenever you are ready to move your body, to breathe and to just be.
